Stack Inverter

The Stack Inverter (SI-1) is a versatile and efficient solution for inverting finished stacks of corrugated board. Strategically placed in front of your plant's main strapper, behind a top printing press, or within nicked bundle lines, the Stack Inverter ensures that products are always presented print-side up, meeting customer demands. Designed for seamless integration, the Stack Inverter operates at the standard floor conveyor height of 12 inches, eliminating the need for costly pits or modifications. Its compact design allows for efficient stacking and quick entry/exit of loads, maximizing production space. The Stack Inverter can be easily interfaced with existing floor conveyor systems, enabling prompt designation of loads for pass-through or inversion.

  • Can invert loads from any converting machine when installed behind the unitizer
  • Two full-width, polymer-link belts sandwich the stack, both of which provide flat, low-maintenance, high-friction surfaces for positive grip during rotation
