Takeaway versatility for bundles or stacks
When using a 92” (2337mm) QBII Nicked Bundle Breaker, the Log Transfer – PZL System, will allow you to form large 2-up nicked across bundles (large pizza boxes), as well as multiple rows of nicked bundles (logs), up to a maximum of 92” (2337mm) in the stacker’s machine direction.
The Geo. M. Martin Log Transfer System is available in a dedicated stationary “Bundle Only” model (LTL) and in a “Bundle and Full Stack System” (LTS) which uses a hydraulic scissor lift mechanism raise or lower the conveyor to allow the forming of bundles or full height stacks.
The Log Transfer also available with at Pozi-Link Conveyor option (PZL).
The 2 (LTL) or 3 (LTS) systems allow logs to be taken off at a 90 degree angle to the press, or to pass straight through to alternative conveyor configurations.
