It was an active and exciting year for Geo. Martin as our customer install base continued to grow in both domestic and international markets” said Smith.

We also realize that the timely delivery of spare and replacement parts is crucial to minimizing downtime and maximizing operational efficiency. 90% of all replacement parts are shipped on the same day, 95% within seven days, and 99% of emergency repair parts offer same day delivery. Our goal is to provide rapid support and reliable service to ensure our customers are running smoothly and without unnecessary delays.

“The popularity of our patented SCRUBBER® Stacker Technology and Quik-Break™III nicked bundle breaker line continued to set new milestones in 2024. They include the installation of our 158th Scrubber stacker, 367th Quik-Break, a Quik-Break III, and one of the most complex bundle lines we’ve delivered to date. The year also saw the installation of the 3,300th Geo. M. Martin stacker overall.

“SuperCorrExpo 2024 was very successful. We were pleased with the attendance at our booth and enjoyed sharing information with representatives from customers, partners, and new prospects. On display were examples of our latest bundle line components and technology including the Quik-Break III, our multi-directional Ball Belt Transfer Conveyor, Quik-Corner III, and SmartView™ board surveillance system (BSS).

“Having our SmartShingle™ system as AICC/BCN 2024 Innovator of the Year was a highlight to the event. SmartShingle minimizes or, in many cases, eliminates press feed interrupts or the need to reduce press speeds during stack or bundle change cycles. With die cutters running at or near top speed, SmartShingle can save six to seven sheets per change. For full stacks that change every one to two minutes, the system can add approximately 420 sheets of finished product per hour. When running bundles, which discharge loads two to three times per minute, SmartShingle can save over 1200 sheets per hour, or an astounding 10,000 per eight-hour shift!

“Visitors to our SuperCorrExpo booth also showed great interest in our Ball Belt Transfer conveyer (BBT). This versatile conveyor system allows bundles or stacks to move straight through, or feed to either the left or right. For complex dual bundle line systems, bundle logs can be fed in alternating directions for maximum throughput and productivity.

“Another product introduced by Geo. Martin in 2024 is our Flat Belt Curved Bundle Line Conveyor (FCC).  This space saving conveyor option features a flat belt conveyance surface which provides stable transfer of bundles at all operating speeds. The FCC is available in floor-mount or roller configuration, the latter which allows the unit to be moved to different work centers or areas of the plant for maximum versatility. The ‘plug-and-play’ is powered by adjoining conveyors eliminating the need and expense of additional power drops.

“Our 24/7, 365-day support and field service, ensures round-the-clock assistance whenever and wherever needed.
